The Buy & Sell Arena is a free service provided for our members to post non-commercial listings of R/C and related gear for sale or trade.  We're attempting to keep it as simple and easy to use as possible.  All parties who wish to use this free service must agree to the following conditions:  

1. All transactions are between buyers and sellers as private individuals.  The Molalla Radio Control Association is not involved in these transactions in any way.

2. The Association makes no guarantee of the merchandise posted for sale, nor for the conduct of individuals who are buying and selling.  

3. The Association offers no remedies or recourse for disputes that may arise in any transaction.

4. The Association will make every effort to accurately post the information that it receives from sellers.  However, we're not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate postings, typographical errors, etc.  Let us know about any inaccuracies, and we'll correct them as quickly as possible.  (You can send an email to webmaster@molrca.com.)

5. The Association reserves the right to edit, modify, or reject any postings that it considers inappropriate for any reason.

6. Buyers should always protect themselves by heeding the Caveat Emptor principle ("Let the buyer beware...")

Here's how to post items for sale or trade:

1. Private parties may post items for sale on this page.  At this time, it's open to everyone, including non-members, as long as the volume doesn't get out of hand.  (R/C-related commercial enterprises cannot post here but may request that a link to their businesses be posted on our Other Links page.)

2. Postings will remain current for 60 days, then be deleted automatically.  (Posters may request 30-day extensions.)

3. If your posting sells out and is no longer available, please notify webmaster@molrca.com to have it removed promptly.  If a single item in your posting sells but other items remain, please request that either (your choice): the item be either removed; or the item be marked "Sold" on the posting page.

4. You can include photos with your postings.  If you have digital photos of the sale item, include them as an attachment with your email to webmaster@molrca.com.  If you have print photos, we can make arrangements to scan them to digital format.  Contact webmaster@molrca.com for more information.

To request a Buy & Sell posting on this page, contact webmaster@molrca.com by email.  Include all pertinent information about your items for sale.  Be sure to include sufficient contact information, i.e. phone numbers, email addresses, etc.   Pricing is preferred but not required.
