The Pacific Coast IMAC and Freestyle
Championships dates are set. Basic Only will be on
Thursday, July 27th. Pilots meeting at 9:00 am. After Basic
concludes, we will have open flying.
Friday, July 28 and Saturday, July 29, we
will fly Sportsman, Intermediate, Advanced, and Unlimited.
The top pilots from the IMAC competition ending Saturday
afternoon (by point total) will fill some of the 12 places available in
the Freestyle on Sunday. Others by invitation.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pilot's meeting are at 8:30 A.M. We
will be flying the National Unknowns provided by the IMAC committee
on Saturday.
Saturday evening starts with a catered
dinner, then the Awards and Freestyle pilot announcements.
Sunday will be 4 rounds of 4 minute Freestyle.
Total purse available is $4000.00, so bring your music and best flying.
Once again we will honor the American
Grand Prix Champion, the overall winner combined IMAC and Freestyle
champion.
